ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are processed within one business day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. CST, Monday – Friday, or on weekends, will be processed the next business day. All orders are shipped as soon as possible. Every attempt is made to provide "Same Day" shipping. However, some orders will ship the day after the order is received.

SHIPPING

Janitorial Supplies Co., Inc does not ship outside the continental United States at this time. Orders to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO are not accepted.

Most orders are shipped UPS Ground. Shipping costs are based on UPS shipping charges. Only the actual shipping charges will be added to your order. There are no handling charges when you order from Janitorial Supplies Co., Inc.

We will not process payment until you have approved shipping charges.

If you are in the DFW Metroplex and place an order over $150, your freight charges will be waived.

You may receive more than one shipment when you place an order with multiple items. When your order is delivered, please verify that the merchandise is correct, complete and in acceptable condition. Be sure to note any discrepancies before signing for shipments. Janitorial Supplies Co., Inc. cannot be held responsible for any shipment that is damaged or incomplete after you sign for receipt.
